Description
The property is completely forested with a nice mix of hard maple, soft maple, black cherry, red oak and more. There is a solid stocking in timber here and there has been no recent harvesting, so the forest looks great! There is abundant deer and turkey sign here too. One of the legendary “big bucks” was harvested on the adjoining property known as “The Madison Buck”, so there is good genetics here too! The Fuller Gulf Road is not maintained to this property. They do maintain the bridge over the stream that provides accessibility to this tract and one other. There is a cabin on the other parcel on the right that is not on this property. This section of road is not plowed in the winter. Plowing ends at the only home on this part of the road. There is a small area on the left that may be suitable for a small camper or at least a great weekend tent camping site with fire pit right along the creek. The road gets cut off by the creek just past this point but can be accessed by foot or ATV for hunting, hiking or ATV’ing. All oil, gas, mineral and timber rights property has approximately 150 feet of road frontage on Fuller Gulf Road. Fuller Gulf Road is a seasonal use road and is not plowed in the winter. There is no electric along this portion of the road.
